In collaboration with Mondelez, Ogilvy Australia, and Hogarth, proudly presents an innovative AI-powered video generation platform developed for the “A Cheer For Every Volunteer” campaign. This groundbreaking technology enables users to create personalised, artistically unique, and emotionally resonant videos that honour volunteers worldwide. By leveraging advanced AI, we transform each video into a heartfelt tribute to the invaluable contributions of volunteers.

Starting with artist sketches, the platform enhances these with 3D depth and lighting using ComfyUI, resulting in fully rendered characters. The platform features a diverse array of characters representing various ethnicities, genders, and styles, capturing each volunteer’s unique traits and personality. By integrating Image Prompt Adapters and GPT Vision, the platform maps volunteers’ facial features onto avatars and generates detailed profiles to enhance personalisation. Stable Video Diffusion animates environments to reflect the diverse activities of volunteers, capturing the spirit of volunteerism and showcasing the many ways people contribute to their communities. Combining ComfyUI with Unity, our platform transforms complex AI processes into a user-friendly, scalable solution on AWS. This project represents modern AI at its finest, blending AI with human creativity to support Cadbury’s campaign in celebrating community heroes.
