AEAF Awards 2025
Entries are invited for the following categories:
Commercials Animation - Commercials VFX - Feature Film VFX - Feature Film Animation - Feature Film Sequence - Game Trailers - Idents & Stings Broadcast - Live Event Installations & Projections - Music Video - Short Film - TV Series - TV Series Children - Titles/Openers TV - Titles/Openers Feature Film - Web/Viral - Education & Infographics - Virtual Reality - Augmented Reality - Event Openers - Corporate Video - Student
The top three entrants will be awarded GOLD - SILVER - BRONZE in each category. Gold Award winners will receive a trophy. Special Merit Awards will also be given to works of outstanding merit that push the boundaries of visual artistry and introduce new techniques.
Enter now and have your work viewed by the worldwide VFX community in the AEAF Online Festival. Projects completed between 1 January 2024 and 30 June 2025, that have not been entered previously, are eligible.

The Winners of the AEAF Awards 2025 will be announced online 11 October 2025
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Enter your projects by filling in the Entry Form below. Please supply your entry files using the upload link below as a 16:9 H.264 or QuickTime file.
* SEND AT LEAST ONE STILL IMAGE Upload files with your images and publicity material. If you have MULTIPLE ENTRIES to upload, you can put them in one zip file. If you prefer, send a link from your favourite FILE TRANSFER SERVICE such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, Digital Pigeon etc. If you need more space for additional credits, specs, etc - please email these items separately.

ZERO ENTRANCE FEE is charged to enter AEAF.
Finalists and Winners
Finalist and winning projects in all categories will be included (in part, depending on the length of the submission) on the Awards reel which will be screened online at AEAF.tv. Please include the following material for use in publicity: Images from your entry. If you need more space than is available on the form sumbit a text file (.txt) with description of the special features and the processes used in creation.
