Austin Opening Titles
Never Sit Still
Austin is a comedy series starring fan-favourite Michael Theo from Love on the Spectrum. Produced by Northern Pictures, and airing on ABC and ITV, Austin is a endearing and feel-good tale about a father and son.
A best-selling, but recently cancelled, children's author has a meltdown when approached by Austin, a neurodivergent 20-something claiming to be his son. He then realises that embracing the young man may be the path to redemption.
We had the opportunity to collaborate with Northern Pictures to design and animate the opening titles for this heart warming series. The aim of the title sequence was to capture the essence of the storyline in a pop-up book style, inspired by lead role Julian's profession as a children's book author. Our titles show as the husband-wife duo deal with cancelling, and how Austin plays a part in cleaning up that mess.
