One of Us delivered 90 shots for Troll 2 with VFX contributions spanning creatures, environments and FX. One of Us was responsible for the development and animation of antagonist troll Jotun, which included FX for a destroyed variant as he is defeated by Beautiful in the climactic third-act battle. Animation-heavy throughout, the third-act combined detailed creature close ups with expansive wides of the two trolls as they fight, wreaking havoc across Norway. CG environment builds also spanned this sequence, with extensive FX work for the destruction of buildings and bridges. Additional FX included smoke, water, and fire, all seamlessly integrated through compositing to bring the full scale of the clash to life.
