The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3
Framestore
Framestore’s teams in London, Montréal, Vancouver and Mumbai crafted a menagerie of CG characters for the final instalment of James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, each one demonstrating exactly why the studio has such a reputation for stellar CG creatures and soulful character animation.
The third Guardians film sees the world bid farewell to a team of unlikely heroes they’ve come to know and love. Only Framestore had the skill and deftness of touch required to deliver thrills, spills and nuanced performances from CG characters that’ll have audiences around the world crying into their popcorn.
This film - Framestore’s biggest MCU outing to date in terms of shot count and scale - is also the studio’s most ambitious, with its teams in London, Montreal, Vancouver and Mumbai crafting a menagerie of emotionally-resonant photoreal creatures; explosive action sequences and epic environments to send the Guardians out in style.
Framestore has been with the team since the beginning; establishing their world(s), their looks, their quirks and the universe they explore.
