Meta - Asgard's Wrath 2 Launch Trailer
Method Studios
To introduce the world to Asgard’s Wrath 2, Method Studios partnered with BBDO and META to create a 30 second spot, which forms part of a multi-channel campaign. The main film heroes the immersive journey of Meta Quest 3; the protagonist slides the headset on and is catapulted into the exciting action of Asgards Wrath 2, dodging monsters in a faraway desert land with the trickster god Loki looming over them, trying to disrupt reality.
To achieve the final result, Method enlisted all its creative disciplines, which in turn helped to successfully merge Live Action, VFX, and Real-Time animation. Working closely with Meta and the game developers, Method were able to up-rez the game assets to film quality and bring them to life in real time using Unreal Engine to create the stunning cinematic game visuals.
